30-Day Returns
Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Suitable for resale
Optics World reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Incorrect Orders Placed by Customers
If a product has been ordered incorrectly by the customer and is returned within the 30-day return period, a refund may be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Please note:
Any payment processing fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs incurred during the original purchase and refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
These charges will not be borne by Optics World.
The refunded amount will therefore reflect the original purchase amount less any applicable banking or transaction charges.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, please contact Optics World as soon as possible with details of the issue. Where appropriate, a replacement, repair, or full refund
will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period for funds to appear in your account, depending on your
payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Optics World, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
