The OMNI H35R combines an 8K digital imaging channel with a 640 x 512 thermal channel. The thermal sensor uses a 12 micrometre pixel pitch, NETD of 15 mK or lower and a 50 Hz frame rate to reveal temperature differences, while the digital channel provides detailed colour observation through daylight, twilight and low-light conditions. A dedicated button switches directly between the two channels.
The thermal channel uses a 35 mm F0.9 objective lens with 2-16x magnification and a field of view of 13.8 x 10.4 degrees, equivalent to 24.3 x 18.2 m at 100 m. The digital channel uses a 50 mm F1.8 lens with 3-18x magnification and an 8.8 x 6.6 degree field of view, equivalent to 15.4 x 11.5 m at 100 m. Daylight, Twilight and Low-Light processing modes allow the digital image to be adjusted for different ambient-light conditions.
Electronic image stabilisation operates from 1x magnification to reduce the effect of handheld movement. The zoom control supports minimum 0.5x increments for smaller changes in magnification. A 0.5-inch AMOLED display and 12 mm exit pupil support natural two-eye viewing, while the bottom-mounted focus ring and four-button control layout keep key adjustments within reach.
The integrated laser rangefinder provides single or continuous distance measurement up to 1000 m. Measured distance can be used with the ballistic calculation function to provide reference data during observation. N-Link can share live digital imagery and ranging data with compatible Nocpix devices. Any ballistic inputs and device connections must be configured and verified before use.
Detachable 850 nm and 940 nm IR illuminator options support the digital channel in darkness. The 850 nm option prioritises brightness and longer-range visibility, while the 940 nm option prioritises lower visible glow with a shorter effective range. The illuminator heads can be exchanged without tools.
The OMNI H35R provides 64 GB of internal storage for photographs and video, with a built-in microphone and onboard gallery. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-assisted connection support the Nocpix app, while the polarity-free battery compartment accepts protected 18650 batteries in either orientation. Power comes from a built-in battery plus two replaceable 18650 batteries, with stated operation of up to 7.5 hours at 22 degrees C depending on feature use. The magnesium-alloy housing, PVC grip, IP67 protection and built-in 1/4-20 UNC tripod connection support handheld or tripod-mounted observation.
